  • You have to drink a lot of water. This can quench your thirst and hunger at the same time. At the same time, water keeps your body hydrated and in turn healthy. You can actually save some extra calories by drinking water.
  • Eat those food items which ahs high amount of fibre. This is perfect to help you in losing weight. Go for brown rice, wholegrain wheat, lentils and pea nuts.
